The intelligent PID algorithm (such as the RKC from Japan or the Omron controller) is adopted, combined with the PT100 temperature sensor to achieve ±0.2℃ high-precision temperature control. The system continuously monitors the circulating water temperature and dynamically adjusts the power of the electric heating tube (contactor / solid-state relay / thyristor regulation), and triggers dual protection (power-off + audible and visual alarm) in case of over-temperature, ensuring that the temperature fluctuation is kept within a very narrow range ±1℃.

Replacement of Oil with Water

It completely eliminates the risk of product contamination caused by thermal oil leakage, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with strict cleanliness requirements such as medical consumables and food packaging. The specific heat capacity of water is 25% higher than that of oil, enabling faster heating speed and a reduction in energy consumption by more than 30%.

Intrinsic Safety

The pure water medium is non-toxic and non-flammable. Combined with the pipeline explosion-proof device and full negative pressure operation design, it fundamentally eliminates fire hazards and complies with the ATEX explosion-proof standard.

Process Adaptability and Quality Improvement

Dynamic Temperature Curve Control

It supports multi-stage program presets (e.g., room temperature → 50°C preheating → 130°C constant temperature → 70°C gradient cooling), meeting the needs of complex processes such as carbon fiber prepreg pressing and epoxy resin curing. For example, in the production of wind turbine blades, the water temperature machine achieves a mold surface temperature difference of ≤ ±0.5°C through segmented temperature control, significantly reducing internal stress and warping deformation of the product.

Production Efficiency Optimization

Compared with traditional electric heating wire heating, the water temperature machine can shorten the heating time of large molds (such as wind turbine blades over 50 meters) by 40%. Moreover, it does not require regular replacement of thermal oil, reducing maintenance costs by 60%.
 

High-Temperature Capability

It breaks through the limitation of conventional water temperature controllers (≤100°C). By increasing the system pressure (approximately 1.0MPa), the boiling point of water is raised to 180°C, meeting the requirements of high-temperature processes.

Precise Temperature Control

It adopts a PID temperature control system, which features small temperature fluctuation. This ensures stable temperature during the production process and improves the consistency of product quality.

Environmental Protection & Energy Efficiency

Using water as the heat transfer medium, it causes no oil pollution. Moreover, water has high heat transfer efficiency—compared with oil temperature controllers, it heats up faster and consumes less energy.

 

Safety Protection Function

It is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms:
Pressure Protection: High-pressure alarm and automatic pressure relief via safety valves to prevent overpressure operation.
Overheating Protection: Automatic power cutoff when the surface temperature of the heating tube exceeds the set value.
Liquid Level Protection: Stops heating and triggers an alarm when water is insufficient to avoid dry burning.
Electrical Isolation: The electric control box is separated from the main body to extend the service life of electrical components.
