BSL Series Air cooled screw chiller

 

The semi-hermetic screw compressor of the Copeland brand is adopted, featuring a compact structure and low failure rate. The single-compressor design simplifies the system complexity, reduces the interlocking losses among components, and simultaneously lowers maintenance costs. The compressor is equipped with a three-stage oil-gas separation system, ensuring lubrication efficiency and refrigerant purity, and prolonging the equipment lifespan.

  1. Temperature Control Range: Supports adjustment of chilled water outlet temperature between 7-25℃ (actual parameters are subject to specific models), meeting the medium-to-low temperature requirements of most industrial processes.
  2. Control Precision: Achieves a temperature stability of ±0.5℃ through the PLC+HMI intelligent control system (specific precision varies by model). It enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of compressor energy output, as well as dynamic tracking of load changes.
  3. Intelligent Algorithm: Integrates PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) adjustment logic. Combined with high-frequency sampling (10k/s) from temperature sensors, it responds quickly to temperature fluctuations and prevents overshoot or undershoot.

High-Efficiency Heat Exchange System

Evaporator & Condenser: Adopt a finned design, paired with copper tubes manufactured using oxygen-free welding technology. This structure increases heat transfer efficiency by over 30% while reducing energy consumption.

Refrigerant Compatibility: Supports multiple environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R22, R407C, and R134a. Customization is available based on customer requirements.
