Our chillers adopt 304/316 stainless steel structure, with strong corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and long service life. We use high-quality compressors, high-efficiency heat exchangers and intelligent control systems to ensure stable cooling, precise temperature control and low energy consumption.
 

We provide customized cooling solutions for different working conditions, including standard air-cooled box chillers, water-cooled chillers, explosion-proof type, anti-corrosion type, low-temperature type and clean room type. All products are strictly tested before delivery and comply with international safety and quality standards.
Air cooled  Screw chiller Working Principle
      1. Stainless Steel Construction: Full 304/316 stainless steel cabinet and water contact components for exceptional corrosion resistance, hygiene, and durability, ideal for harsh or clean environments.
      2. Air-cooled Box Chillers: Compact, all-in-one design with no need for cooling towers. Equipped with branded hermetic/semi-hermetic compressors (Copeland, Bitzer, Panasonic), high-efficiency finned condensers, and intelligent PLC control (Siemens/Carel). Cooling capacity: 2HP–60HP, temperature stability ±0.5°C.
      3. Water-cooled Units: High-efficiency shell-and-tube evaporators and condensers with enhanced heat transfer. Available in modular and screw-type designs for large-scale cooling demands.
      4. Smart Control: Full-auto operation, fault self-diagnosis, remote monitoring, and multiple protections (overload, high/low pressure, anti-freeze).
      5. Energy Efficiency: Adopts eco-friendly refrigerants (R407C/R134a/R410A) and optimized thermodynamic systems for lower power consumption.
